API & Customer Support Engineer
We have an immediate opening for a customer-focused Software Test Engineer that will also support partners using our API to integrate their applications with our loyalty and order processing engine. This role will also be a customer support escalation engineer performing some work with our product development team relating to complex customer issues. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing cloud based business Software Company with a proven product and customer base.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues using C#, ASP.NET, and HTML/CSS programming knowledge
• Acceptance testing of new software releases
• Support partners using our API to integrate their applications to our solution
• Contribute to knowledge base content
• Some “on-call” work required to handle special customer support incidents that may arise
Requirements:
• Proficient in web technologies including ASP.NET and CSS
• Experience using C#
• Strong SQL knowledge including extensive background with relational databases
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with end users
• Comfortable working with customers, partners and internal developers
• Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
